Cancellations Initiated by the Parent, Guardian, or Participant

• Norte will issue a 100% refund (minus a $10 service fee) for cancellations made 29+ days before the program or camp session start date.

• Norte will issue a 75% refund for cancellations made 14-28 days before the program or camp session start date.

• Norte will not issue a refund for cancellations made within 13 days of the program or camp session start date.

Cancellations Initiated by State or Local Authorities (e.g., COVID19, Emergency)

• Norte will issue a 100% refund (minus a $10 service fee) if a program or event cannot begin due to State or local policies.

• Norte will issue a prorated refund (minus a $10 service fee) if State or local policies prohibit the continuation of a program.
